And know when it's time to kick their heels up, unplug from social media, and relax. The most effective tool a teacher can use is their imagination. Teachers need to be creative and think of unique ways to keep their students engaged in learning. Part of being a teacher is being able to work together as part of a team. Educators call this "team teaching." When you work together as a team, it provides students with a better chance to learn and have fun. Teachers need to be able to adapt to the way their students learn, the behavior their classroom exhibits, their lesson plans, and so on. It is a trait, that along with patience is a must. develop learners’ capacity to be creative and think critically, and become collaborative and effective communicators in the 21st century.



Write an essay on Change your Words – Change your Mindset. How do you relate this practice of using the right words to change your mindset in becoming a modern teacher who knows how to look for digital tools, materials, educational resource portals, and sites in the web?

Being a Teacher should have always possess a right mindset or positive mindset, always think how these tools can be effectively integrated in the lesson. Nurture the curiosity and sustain the passion to improve practice. Persevere as you learn to adapt to the evolving digital tool.
